These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and ImageBulkify governing access to and use of the websites, application, APIs, and related services.
1. The Service
ImageBulkify provides tools to design templates, manage recipients and groups, and generate personalized images in bulk, including downloads and related workspace features.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and should report unauthorized access promptly.
3. Customer content
You retain ownership of templates, uploads, recipient data, and other materials you place in the Service. You grant ImageBulkify the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and secure that content in order to provide the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purposes.
- Do not upload malware, probe systems without authorization, or attempt to bypass plan or technical limits.
- Do not process special categories of personal data unless a separate written agreement explicitly allows it.
5. Plans, tokens, and fees
Paid plans renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless cancelled. Personalized image generation consumes image tokens. Monthly grants refresh per plan period, and purchased packs extend balance according to the pricing page and any order form that applies.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, branding, and documentation, belongs to ImageBulkify and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no license is transferred to you.
7. Privacy and data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where required, we can provide data processing terms for qualifying business customers.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ImageBulkify disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses. You remain responsible for reviewing generated assets before distributing them publicly.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel paid plans according to the product or support instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or legal compulsion.
