Roles. For account and billing data, ImageBulkify acts as the controller. For recipient lists, template personalization fields, and uploaded content used to generate images, you remain the controller and ImageBulkify acts as your processor under your instructions.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, organization data you provide, support communications, and selected persona.
- Workspace content: templates, uploads, recipient records, groups, generation history, and downloads you create.
- Billing and usage: plan selections, token purchases, quota usage, diagnostic logs, and operational analytics.
- Technical signals: IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, and security telemetry.
2. How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Create and manage accounts, workspaces, plans, and purchases.
- Provide support, quota notices, security alerts, and transactional communications.
- Prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with contracted service providers such as infrastructure, storage, email, payment, support, and monitoring vendors, as well as with authorities when legally required.
4. Retention
- Account data: retained for the life of the account and a reasonable legal retention period afterward.
- Workspace content: retained until you delete it or close the account, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.
- Billing and token records: retained as required by financial and tax law.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including TLS, access controls, structured logging, and least-privilege operational practices.
